What is the fastest way to process refund?
To help us process your refund fast please cancel the post using the mobile app or the web portal and an investigation case will start processing your refund automatically if investigation was not required.
If post was already cancelled but haven’t received any updates on your refund please use the form below inquiring about your case status and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Cannot access my account
If your account has a phone number or email address linked to it, you can easily reset your password using your mobile app or the web portal.
